What to expect

Our Premium class is a private, hands-on cooking experience in Ebisu, Tokyo. Choose from a wide selection of traditional and modern Japanese dishes to create a menu that matches your interests.

An experienced chef guides you step by step, while an English-speaking coordinator helps you follow the lesson comfortably.

Choose your menu

Combine dishes from Set A and Set B, or choose a complete menu from Set C. Each menu has 3–4 dishes. Some dishes may change depending on the season.

Set A Main dishes

• Oyakodon
